Greetings,
The aftermath of the recent ice storm in New Hampshire has caused us all to take pause and be grateful for our own good fortune while deeply regretting the hardship that too many suffered. While most of us have an "It Could Have Been Worse" story to tell, for some the fallout has been more significant.
With that in mind, I remind you of the existence of the New Hampshrie REALTORS® Disaster Assistance Foundation, Inc., the purpose of which is to provide financial assistance to the victims of natural disasters or other hardships. It focuses on emergency family, housing and livelihood needs that must be met in order for the individuals to continue working and contributing to the rebuilding of the community.
If you know of someone who could benefit from this assistance, please complete the attached application and return it to the NHAR state office, as instructed on the form, found by clicking here.
We have this foundation in place for just such events as the recent ice storm, so please don't hesitate to use it if you or someone you know could use the help.
