NH Agency Law (including Designated Agency)
With New Hampshire Agency Law having been changed — effective Jan. 1, 2009 — so as to allow for the practice of Designated Agency, you may have questions as to how the law may affect your business, particularly if your office plans to practice Designated Agency.
