The most recent version of the Consumer Information Brochure, "Relationships in Real Estate," can be found at the New Hampshire Real Estate Commission website, www.nh.gov/nhrec/, by updating your TrueForms, or by downloading it here.

The brochure is intended as a companion piece to the Agency/Non-Agency Disclosure Form and provides a more detailed explanation of the various types of relationships a consumer can have with a licensee.  Although not mandatory like the Agency/Non-Agency Disclosure Form, the Commission does expect licensees to share the Brochure with consumers.  In addition to handing it to a consumer with the disclosure form, licensees are encouarged to include the Brochure in buyer packets, mailings to prospective buyers and sellers, and to have it available for customers in their offices.
