Designation Courses

Part of the New Hampshire Association of REALTORS strategic plan is to offer NAR designation courses to our members. Each year, the Professional Development Committee determines which course or courses will be implemented. In 2017, roughly 100 REALTORS earned their NAR Green Designation, including the 40 pictured at right, who took the two-day course in October with instructor Craig Foley.

The designation courses offered in 2018 will include the Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) course and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) course. Click on the course title below to learn more, or the call-out boxes at bottom to register.


Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager

Senior Real Estate Specialist

The SRES Council trains REALTORS to meet the special needs of maturing Americans when selling, buying, relocating, or refinancing residential or investment properties. The Council tracks senior-specific lifestyle and housing issues and educates REALTORS who are making 50-plus clients a part of their overall business plan. By earning the SRES designation, REALTORS are prepared to approach mature clientele with the best options and information for them to make life-changing decisions.
