Part of the New Hampshire Association of REALTORS strategic plan is to offer NAR designation courses to our members. Each year, the Professional Development Committee determines which course or courses will be implemented. In 2018, more than 100 Realtors earned NAR designations through NHAR, including the Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designations. In 2017, NHAR offered the NAR Green Designation, which included the 40 new designees pictured at right, who took the two-day course in October with instructor Craig Foley.
The designation courses offered in 2019 will include the Green designation (April 9-10), as well as the Pricing Strategy Advisor certification (May 7) and e-Pro certification (June 26-27). Each will take place at the NHAR office in downtown Concord. For details, click below (registration for each will be linked once it becomes available).
NAR's Green Designation is the only NAR conferred real estate designation designed for agents looking to learn about issues of energy efficiency and sustainability in the various facets of real estate. As consumer demand for knowledge on these issues increase, so will your awareness of green topics. When you earn NAR’s Green Designation, you’ll gain:
Enhance your skills in pricing properties, creating CMAs, working with appraisers, and guiding clients through the anxieties and misperceptions they often have about home values with NAR’s PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor) certification.
NAR's e-PRO® certification program helps REALTORS® master the advanced digital marketing techniques of today. With the e-PRO® certification, REALTORS® increase their ability to reach customers, expand their capabilities, and build trust by safeguarding client information.
Amidst the sea of change to which the New Hampshire Association of REALTORS has played witness in its 85 years, one thing that has remained constant is the Realtor 'R' and the value we bring to every real estate transaction in which we take part. We are part of a unique community where our familial cooperation transcends our business competition. These are not mere platitudes, but our living ideals, and they are, in fact, the foundation on which we conduct ourselves in our day-to-day affairs.
