Stars of the National Association of REALTORS speaking circuit as well as local instructors will descend on New Hampshire for NHAR's Education Symposium, scheduled for Sept. 19 at the Grappone Conference Center in Concord. The event will be followed by our REALTOR of the Year reception and announcement.
Included in the star-studded morning lineup will be the bold and wildly entertaining Terry Watson with a hilarious and instructional keynote, "Evolve or Evaporate"; NAR Chief Economist Larwrence Yun with his market update and outlook; and NHAR-favorite Matthew Rathbun with an eye-opening presentation on "AI Magic" for Realtors.
The afternoon will include an opportunity for three CE credits and several options, including:
- Gary Coffin: A deep dive into the Purchase & Sales agreement (3 CEU)
- Liz Going and Jason Zilm: "Busting VA Loan Myths" (1 CEU)
- Matthew Rathbun: "Wallet Wise Marketing"
- Richard Reibstein: "Protect Yourself and Others From Lead" (2 CEU)
- Matthew Rathbun: Emerging technologies at work for REALTORS
The classes will wrap up in time for a cocktail reception beginning at 4:30, and that will be followed by the reveal of the 2023 state REALTOR of the Year, scheduled to begin with a reception and dinner at 6:30.
Please note: There are separate registrations for each event, and both can be found below. We look forward to seeing you there.
