Though we tend to leave forecasts to the economists, here you'll find the tools you need to speak to an excellent buyers market and strong long-term values in real estate. It's a message we cant stress enough: Yes, those interested in a short-term flip will always be subject to current and often fickle market conditions, but insofar as we consider traditional homeownership a long-term proposition, it's always a good time to buy.
