What’s changing in the Forms Library for 2010?
1. New Purchase and Sales Agreement (click here for the details)
2. New Lead Paint Disclosure Forms (sales and leases/rentals). The only change to the Lead Paint Disclosure Forms is the removal of the initial lines next to Seller’s Disclosure.
