About the Masters GRI program
- The purpose of the GRI Master Level Series is to fulfill the need for advanced-level education for GRI graduates.
- The Series consists of a minimum of 30 hours of education consisting of five, six-hour live lectures designed exclusively for GRI designees who wish to enhance their knowledge through intensive educational training.
- The curriculum was developd by NHAR based upon responses provided by GRI designees from ongoing surveys and professional recommendations.
- The Series will expose attendees to a higher level of education which is designed to expand on several specific aspects of the current real estate industry.
- Attending the Series will be a valuable networking and referral opportunity to meet and work with other dedicated real estate professionals.
Eligibility and Advantages
- REALTORS who have completed all the requirements set forth by NAR and NHAR for the GRI designation are eligible to attend the GRI Master Level Series.
- GRI designees who earned the GRI designation in a state other than NH are eligible to attend the GRI Master Level Series in NH. The GRI is a national designation and is reciprocal between most states.
- GRI designees attending the GRI Master Level Series must have three years of industry experience.
Credits Earned/License Renewal and Exams
- GRI Master Level Series seminars may or may not provide continuing education credits toward license renewal.
- The NHAR requires a proctored exam at the completion of each GRI Master Level Series seminar. An exam will be administered at the completion of each seminar.
- Attendees must obtain a 75 percent passing grade in order to receive credit for each of the GRI Master Level Series classes.
- In the event an attendee fails an exam, they will have one opportunity to retake the exxam at the NHAR office in Concord, NH.
Class Attendance
- Classes will start and end on time. Students must be in class during all instruction time.
- GRI designees attending the GRI Master Level Series will have 36 months from the date of the first day they attended a course to complete the full series.
