New Hampshire Association of Realtors - 2008
Our priority is people, our focus is real estate
Congratulations to three New Hampshire REALTORS® who were recently awarded their Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designations after each completing 96 hours of classroom instruction dealing with the residential real estate industry.
In earning their GRI designations, Kathy Ahlin of Locke Associates in Pittsfield, Bruce Murphy of HKS Associates in Keene and Diane Daley of Caron’s Gateway Real Estate in Groveton were required to complete eight learning modules covering a range of subject matter including contract law, professional standards, sales and marketing, finance, and risk reduction. In addition, they have learned the fundamentals of brokerage and other areas of real estate specialization.
With the GRI designation and through increased awareness of current topics important to the real estate profession, such as legal issues, the three will be able to best serve prospective clients and customers. The Institute is taught by leading real estate professionals from around the country.
The REALTOR® Institute has been in existence for more than 25 years and has graduated thousands of Realtors, including 16 members of the New Hampshire Association of REALTORS® in 2008.
