The event, "It's Your Code, Use It!," is approved for the NAR-required biennial ethics training. It is being taught by the entertaining and knowledgeable Diane Disbrow, a New Hampshire favorite who will apply her wit, Jersey charm and real estate savvy to the Code of Ethics.

It is designed to meet the requirements of the NH Grievance and Professional Standards committees and Board of Directors. Additionally, the program is pending approval for 4 credit hours in New Hampshire and Vermont. Attendees must be in the meeting by 9 a.m. to receive credit.

An in-person version of the event is scheduled for Tuesday, June 4. More details will follow.

"Amidst the sea of change to which the New Hampshire Association of REALTORS has played witness in its 85 years, one thing that has remained constant is the Realtor 'R' and the value we bring to every real estate transaction in which we take part. We are part of a unique community where our familial cooperation transcends our business competition. These are not mere platitudes, but our living ideals, and they are, in fact, the foundation on which we conduct ourselves in our day-to-day affairs."

Joanie McIntire, 2024 President, New Hampshire REALTORS
